How does it work?
When you sign up, we provide you with a special link to our website. You place the link on your website, social media pages, group emails and group chats reminding people that the club benefits when they shop through the link.
Whenever someone uses your special link to reach our website, their shopping session is logged and attached to your club affiliate account.
When they make a purchase, your club earns 5% of the value back in store credit.
Don't worry if you're not the most tech-savvy person, we are here to help every step of the way, so that your club gets the most benefit from your affiliate account.
Promote Your Link To Maximize Your Revenue
The more you promote your link to your club members, the more your club will earn! Put up a reminder on your club notice board or include a reminder in your newsletter that buying through your link will benefit the whole club. Remember, your club members also get 10% off their orders, so everyone wins!
Quick And Easy Set Up
The club page is quick and easy to set up. We will work with you to customise your page to your preference. Customisation can cover a wide range of options. Messages from the coach, a kit list for each squad + new starters and custom club products can be added.
Security
Our affiliate scheme is set up and created 'in house' by our dedicated team of professionals. This means that you don't have to worry about your information going through any third-party websites.
Track Your Sales
Get online access through your ProSwimwear account to see your sales figures. Once you have accumulated the required minimum amount of revenue (£30.00), you can convert the funds into store credit for your club to spend at ProSwimwear.
Terms and Conditions
ProSwimwear will assist you in setting up your club page and will supply you with any accompanying links. However, it is solely the club’s responsibility to ensure the relevant URL links are displayed correctly on the club’s own website as provided. Failure to do so may result in loss of potential commission being generated.
For any member that clicks through the affiliate link, 5% commission will be generated as a result of the customer completing a purchase on our store. There is no upper limit on the amount of commission generated. There is a 30 day holding period after a sale is completed until funds are available to withdraw.
We will supply you with several graphics/banners in a variety of sizes which you are welcome to use to advertise the club page on your own website. These graphics can be displayed anywhere you like on your site, however for maximum effectiveness, we recommend that you place them in a prominent area.
Should you wish, you can remove any graphics from your site without informing us. You are not subscribed to any contract.
ProSwimwear Ltd cannot be held financially accountable for any technical problems (including when our store is under maintenance) which may result in the loss of sales and commission from the website.
In the event that an account is left inactive for a period of more than 12 months any commission generated will be lost.
In the unlikely event of their being a discrepancy regarding commission, please contact our clubs account team where we will happily work with you to resolve the matter. We can then make any non-confidential information available to you if required. All information you provide to us will remain confidential and be securely stored within our system.
